Great Stay! We had a wonderful time staying here. The space was incredibly clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was fantastic—very responsive, welcoming, and provided clear check-in instructions. The location was also perfect and made exploring the area so easy. Highly recommended, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Instructions were thorough and clear. Apartment was just fine, more than fine. I read a lot of reviews and what people dont get is this is an older building not a hotel. Its exactly like described and a great location. I have zero complaints and appreciate Earls proactive communication. Would happily stay here again in the future. Thanks a lot Earl and co-hosts for you hospitality and open communication.

Loved it here place was excellent and exactly as described only thing was it was a little cold there but I blame myself for not knowing how to work the temperature lol other than that it was great the host was great I look forward staying there again and checking out the other properties they have

Great place! Literally right off the highway. Close to everything downtown. Park in back and a few short steps to the back entrance. There’s a full kitchen, but we didn’t use it (got takeout). Host is very responsive! Would come again. Thanks!

Great host! Very spacious apartment all the details inside were taken care of. I appreciated having a full kitchen with seasonings and the tooth brushes, toothpaste and mouthwash were a great touch. Definitely recommend!

My friend and I had an amazing time! The place was perfect for our concert at Empire Live (about half a mile away) and thought the place was very nice. The location was great for it being walkable right in downtown and I would highly recommend!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood two blocks from the beach near Main Street. Loved that there was plenty of parking space. House is as pictured and very spacious. The A/C and heater works great. Austin communicates very well and was very accommodating to our needs. We would stay here again. Ty

We enjoyed this rental very much. It was the perfect location for our events at the MVP arena which was about a 5 minute walk. The apartment was very comfortable and roomy for our group of four. Many restaurants and bars were within a few miles making it very easy to walk to each of them. We will be looking forward to staying there again as we go to the college hockey tournament quite often. The apartment is in the middle of the city and surrounding highways, so, if you live in the suburbs or in the sticks, the noise of traffic and city living could be off putting for you. But it becomes background noise pretty quickly and I would not allow that to stop you from renting this charming albeit quirky building. Thanks Earl for a seamless experience.
