Kraig's place was a beautiful spot to spend a few days, tucked back in the woods. It was plenty comfortable for three of us with a nice living room and two well-appointed decks, the kitchen had everything we needed, and it simply felt peaceful to settle in.

Everything was good, supplied toothbrushes, hair dryer, etc which was nice. The TV didn't have good connection so it froze often but since it's a third floor unit that's not a surprise. Easy to access, in a building with a few other airbnbs. Overall good stay!

We had a fantastic stay in Albany! Earl was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and truly attentive. The two-bedroom apartment was spacious, bright, and spotless, with plenty of room to relax. The location was perfect—within walking distance to the MVP Arena, which made attending the state wrestling championship completely stress-free. It was so nice being able to walk back and unwind between sessions. Parking was ample and convenient as well. When we accidentally left items behind, Earl went above and beyond to help us get them returned, which we greatly appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends. 5 stars!!

I had a very pleasant and stress-free stay here. There are few shops close by so it was easy to get daily supplies. It’s a quick walk to restaurants and the plaza. I would definitely recommend staying here. I also felt very safe

This AirBnB is centrally located in Downtown Albany a 5 minute walk from the Convention Center and close to many restaurants. This location worked out extremely well for the legislative caucus I attended. I would definitely book again for any work related trips in the future.

In my experience in traveling, when plans change last minute I can be stressful!! The most valuable takeaway from this experience is having responsive hosts that provided me with great information, understanding and options when my plans changed. I will book this studio Everytime I visit the area.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. The location and ocean views are amazing, and the house was clean, spacious (easily accommodating our group of nine), full of light, and well stocked with kitchen utensils and anything else we needed. Check-in and communication with the hosts were as smooth as could be. I highly recommend this spot, and we will definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

We absolutely loved our stay in Ione. Kraig was great and super communicative. He was also very flexible with our checkin time which was super great. I would definitely recommend his place to others who want a nice, convenient, and centrally located apartment for sure. Thanks a ton Kraig! 👍

We had an absolutely wonderful Christmas stay!
Our family spent the holidays at this beautiful home, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. The house was spotless and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a home away from home from the moment we walked in. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared for our arrival.
The hosts were exceptional, attentive, friendly, and incredibly responsive. They answered all of our questions quickly and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.
We made unforgettable memories here over Christmas and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a special and stress-free getaway. We can’t wait to come back! 🎄✨
