Great place! Literally right off the highway. Close to everything downtown. Park in back and a few short steps to the back entrance. There’s a full kitchen, but we didn’t use it (got takeout). Host is very responsive! Would come again. Thanks!

Great host! Very spacious apartment all the details inside were taken care of. I appreciated having a full kitchen with seasonings and the tooth brushes, toothpaste and mouthwash were a great touch. Definitely recommend!

My friend and I had an amazing time! The place was perfect for our concert at Empire Live (about half a mile away) and thought the place was very nice. The location was great for it being walkable right in downtown and I would highly recommend!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood two blocks from the beach near Main Street. Loved that there was plenty of parking space. House is as pictured and very spacious. The A/C and heater works great. Austin communicates very well and was very accommodating to our needs. We would stay here again. Ty

We enjoyed this rental very much. It was the perfect location for our events at the MVP arena which was about a 5 minute walk. The apartment was very comfortable and roomy for our group of four. Many restaurants and bars were within a few miles making it very easy to walk to each of them. We will be looking forward to staying there again as we go to the college hockey tournament quite often. The apartment is in the middle of the city and surrounding highways, so, if you live in the suburbs or in the sticks, the noise of traffic and city living could be off putting for you. But it becomes background noise pretty quickly and I would not allow that to stop you from renting this charming albeit quirky building. Thanks Earl for a seamless experience.

Kraig's place was a beautiful spot to spend a few days, tucked back in the woods. It was plenty comfortable for three of us with a nice living room and two well-appointed decks, the kitchen had everything we needed, and it simply felt peaceful to settle in.

Everything was good, supplied toothbrushes, hair dryer, etc which was nice. The TV didn't have good connection so it froze often but since it's a third floor unit that's not a surprise. Easy to access, in a building with a few other airbnbs. Overall good stay!

We had a fantastic stay in Albany! Earl was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and truly attentive. The two-bedroom apartment was spacious, bright, and spotless, with plenty of room to relax. The location was perfect—within walking distance to the MVP Arena, which made attending the state wrestling championship completely stress-free. It was so nice being able to walk back and unwind between sessions. Parking was ample and convenient as well. When we accidentally left items behind, Earl went above and beyond to help us get them returned, which we greatly appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends. 5 stars!!
