Great place, enjoyed my stay there. I went to Albany to take the NY Bar Exam, I arrived three days before the test and felt it was just what I needed previous to taking such a stressful test with so much at stake. The apartment is 10-15min away from the testing center. I highly recommend the place since it is quiet, you can concentrate, a tiny convenience store is two blocks away, and you have lots of delivery options. Another perk is you can do laundry there, which for me was convenient since I travel light. Earl and his team are always responsive and they make sure you don't need anything. This is a highly recommended place.

I had an amazing stay at Earl’s place! The home was spotless and exactly as described. What truly stood out, though, was Earl’s incredible hospitality and quick responses. During my stay, an unexpected issue arose that was completely out of their control, but they handled it with such professionalism and care. They responded immediately, went above and beyond to resolve the situation, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. It’s rare to find a host who is not only kind but also so proactive and solution-oriented. I can’t recommend this place enough! If you’re looking for a host who truly cares about their guests’ experience, this is the one. I’ll definitely be back.
