Earl provided an outstanding place to stay and was exceedingly kind. Moreover, he was very responsive. Earl was a great host, and I’d recommend his place to absolutely anyone.

Everything worked well for us. The location was convenient to major highways, but also felt quiet at night. The parking spot was large and very helpful with it being a city. Check in and check out instructions were clear. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and cozy. I didn't have any trouble with the noise other than what was expected of an older building with thinner walls, but nothing disruptive e other than hearing occasional footsteps. It was great for my dog as well and spacious. Would definitely stay again. Earl was great to communicate with and kind, and the 12pm checkout was so generous and helpful since k was in the area for a race and could return once that was over. We hope to be back!
