Sleeps up to 4 non-smoking guests with a queen bed and living-room futon. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and portable induction cooktop; there is no oven. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi, Roku TVs, workspace, air conditioning and shared in-building laundry. No parties or smoking.

Guests have private access to the entire third-floor apartment, plus the shared main building hallway and shared in-building laundry area. Entry is through the main building entrance. Guests must climb stairs; there is no elevator.

Please observe quiet hours and the strict no-smoking and no-party rules.
