I regret lots of thing in my life, having stayed at this place was not one of those! Would 100% recommend, very well worth it. My family loved it and already thinking of going back.

A fantastic Airbnb! This is what this site is about—affordable and clean places to stay for a weekend. We were in town for a wedding and it had everything from an iron, clean bathroom with a great shower, and a comfy bed. AC worked great and the big fridge was great for leftovers! We'll definitely be back and I would highly recommend it to you!

Kraig’s apartment above the Post Office in Ione is perfect if you’re looking for a place in the center of town. We were in town for an event at nearby Preston Castle, and were able to walk there from the apartment. We did have an issue with the AC, but were able to easily move across the hall to another open unit. The process was really smooth, and everything went great from there. Thank you Kraig and family for your responsiveness and flexibility! We hope to be back next time.

I found the location to be extremely convenient. I could walk to everything! Earl is a responsive and kind host, and is very accommodating. It is apparent that he cares about his guests, as well as his properties. This apartment is the top floor loft area. The only thing to consider when booking - the last set of stairs into the loft is a bit steeper than usual stairs. I personally had no problem, but it was a bit more tricky for my mother and my large dog. Just a consideration for those with mobility issues, elderly guests, or larger dogs. I’ll be moving to the area and I will absolutely recommend a stay in one of Earl’s listings to friends and relatives coming into the area!

The stay at Earl's place in Albany was only for one night but we enjoyed it. The loft is neat and located near the center of town which was nice. Earl was vary communicative and helpful. The only thing we noticed is there were no towels in the bathroom but luckily none of us needed to shower that night. Everything else you'd expect at home is stocked there though. Would stay again if passing back through Albany and worth the price.

This is my favorite place to hideaway with my husband. We have stayed here three times already and will definitely be back again. The view from the master bedroom is breathtaking. The overall property is great place to relax and listen to the ocean.

Really enjoyed our time and our host made it so easy for us as we were delayed a day . Lovely loft apartment and good size , close to all the amenities, and bus station 5 mins across the road .
